Welcome to BetMagician.com. The following Terms of Service (the "TOS") apply to your use of the BetMagician website, including access to the Services (as defined below) and Content (as defined below) available through the website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website, accessing the content and/or using the services.
By using the website, the services, or the content, you are consenting to the terms and conditions in this terms of service agreement as they apply to you and your usage and access.
Copying and circulation of the textual and graphical content of the BetMagician are strictly banned without written consent of the website owner.
The content of the BetMagician website is intended for the people over 18 years of age (in some countries for people over 21 years of age).
A visitor is a person who visits the BetMagician website. A customer is a person, who pays for the BetMagician subscription in order to access premium website content.
The content of the BetMagician website is only informative and the owner does not take the responsibility for the content of the website, which BetMagician refers to.
The owner of the BetMagician website is not responsible for the damages caused by the visitor or the user of the BetMagician website, resulting from the use of the information from the BetMagician.
BetMagician reserves the right to change the information stated at the BetMagician website anytime.
BetMagician is a software algorithm that generates sports predictions, analysis, statistics and interesting facts (also generated by software algorithm) about sports events and for entertainment purposes only. We do not encourage any type of gambling.
Service Uptime and Performance
BetMagician does not guarantee 100% uptime on any of our services. We do, however, try to get as close to it as possible. The reason for this is the needed maintenance such as upgrades, updates, possible network issues, machine failures etc.
Some services are known to have what is in the computer industry called a “crash”. This happens when a service or application fails to respond within a timeframe. We, as a company, are not to be held responsible if some of our services are down, or if the server fails to provide a content. We are not to be held responsible for any server side lag or downtime.
BetMagician reserves the right to have our physical servers down for maintenance. All maintenance are usually announced in advance. However, in some cases, it may not be possible to ensure a secure working environment.
Data Loss and Protection
BetMagician is not to be held responsible for any data loss following a physical machine fault, bad modifications, and corrupt backups. We do not backup any information or services besides web hosting.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month's subscription fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current monthly subscription period.
Refunds will not be provided for any subscription. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are canceled mid-month. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle.
Refunds are offered because of server downtime for a period longer than 7 days continuously. If such a case occurs, however, the refund will not be applied automatically and the refund will be available only on user’s request. It is up to the individual user to request a refund.
If you are eligible for a refund, you need to make a request via email. You must include the following information in your request:
- Transaction identifying information (e.g. account email, transaction number, date of purchase).
- Any additional information the customer service team asks for in order to process your refund request.
The user is to be billed in advance by BetMagician for the subscription offered. Before the subscription is available for use, the user must accept the conditions as presented. The user, by purchasing our service for the desired period of time, gets access to the member’s premium content.
